Cost

Because these dinners are officially my own project rather than part of NWPB, I am not charging for the food. However, I welcome donations to help me pay for ingredients and save up for NWPB's future development.

How to RSVP

Email me at nowasteplantbased@gmail.com (or reply to the dinner announcement) by Wednesday morning at 8:00 with the number of servings you'd like. If you don't get NWPB announcements and would like to, write to me and ask to be added to the mailing list.

Containers

Please bring your own containers for your food if you can. If you forget yours or don't have any suitable ones available, I have reusable carry-out containers that you can borrow. See menu for container sizes.

Polenta puttanesca

Ingredients: polenta (cornmeal, salt, water, Earth Balance vegan butter), onion, garlic, cremini mushrooms, chickpeas, tomatoes, olives, capers, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes

Roasted sweet potatoes

Ingredients: sweet potatoes, canola oil, salt, black pepper
