I no longer have a commercial kitchen to do my cooking in, so official NWPB operations are temporarily suspended. However, I continue to offer informal dinners from my home. Visit the Dinners page or email me for more information.

General Information
'Plant Based'?
All the food No Waste Plant Based offers is made from scratch using only ingredients that come from plants (and fungi). No meat (from vertebrates or invertebrates), eggs, dairy, or honey. Many of our offerings do include gluten, soy, oils, and/or nuts. Ingredient lists are included with all catalogue and menu items.
Containers
Customers have the option to provide their own containers or borrow containers from No Waste Plant Based. Please see the Containers page for more details.
Donations
During this time of operating NWPB unofficially, I appreciate donations to help me cover the cost of ingredients. Most people give $10-15 per dinner serving. Cash and check are both fine. Thank you very much for your support!
Announcements
Less frequent dinners for the rest of the year
In order to balance school and NWPB work, I will be offering fewer dinners for the rest of 2024. Each week, please assume there is no dinner unless you hear otherwise.
National Zero Waste Conference, Oct. 2-3
I was excited to attend this conference, hosted by Zero Waste USA, which included workshops about waste reduction efforts in various sectors and strategies to avoid plastic, food, and other kinds of waste. I look forward to applying what I learned to NWPB's future development.
NWPB has now served over 600 meals!
That's hundreds of pounds of food made from scratch using 100% plant-based ingredients, the vast majority of which were bought without any single-use plastic. Thank you all for supporting No Waste Plant Based; we are contributing to a more sustainable future!
